Season pass valid during normal operating days and times for lift and terrain access at Swain Resort during the 2008 mountain biking season.  Pass expires 11/1/2008.  All pass purchasers and holders must sign liability waivers prior to pass issuance.

Season passes, Pacs, and Vouchers remain the property of Swain Resort. Passes, pacs, or vouchers are for personal use only. Transferring or improper use of Passes, pacs, or vouchers will result in loss of pass privileges for the season and is punishable under NY State Law. Season Pass must be worn on the outside of clothing and be highly visible at all times to area personnel. If the season pass is forgotten, pass-holder will be required to purchase a full rate ticket. No complimentary lift tickets will be issued.  Lost passes, pacs, or vouchers must be reported to the Guest Service Office immediately. No replacement pass, pac, or voucher will be issued. Swain has the right under Article 18 of the New York State Obligations Law to remove from the property and/or deny access or lift privileges to anyone whose conduct, excesses or attitudes, as determined by Management or Patrol create a nuisance for themselves or others. In such cases no refunds shall be issued. Proof of age is required before a pass can be issued for junior pr family passes.

For Season Passes, pacs, or vouchers purchased, issued, or activated before the indicated season opens, a full refund will be issued for the total amount of money paid for any reason, less $35 service charge per order received.  For passes issued and activated after the open of the indicated season, no refunds will be issued.  Allow 30 days for processing refund.
